Join Us Along Oregon's Own Lavender Route
In France, visitors can travel the lavender route of Provence as
it winds its way from village to village through countryside
awash in a sea of purple. Now Oregon has its own lavender
route with more than a dozen beautiful lavender destinations
scattered along the western foothills leading to the Coast
range. Tour lavender farms and nurseries to
enjoy the beauty and scents of lavender.
Each location has different activities arranged for the festival,
ranging from lavender bouquet cutting to mini-festivals with
music, food, and vendors, so be sure to visit each destination's
page to plan your day. Some farms are well established, while
others are young fields, so visitors will be able to see
and learn about the lavender farming industry in different
stages of development. Each nursery has its own speciality
lavender plants and years of experience in growing them.
En route to visit each destination, you will drive through
pastoral countryside; a splash of purple on the landscape
announces that you have arrived at the next destination.
Entry to each location is free.

Every
destination will offer lavender of different varieties,
providing all you need (scissors, ties, etc) to cut and secure your
lavender bouquets if u-cut is available. Some locations will also
have activities and events
related to lavender, such as demonstrations of wreath-making and wand-making,
and many locations will be selling lavender plants, products
made from lavender as well as other types of quality crafts and gifts.
Whether you spend all day exploring one location, or take the time
to visit every location on the tour, your day should be full
of fragrance and fun. For more information, or to be added to our
